Sized for your house, not guessed
A lot of furnaces get sized by square footage alone. A proper load calculation also looks at insulation, windows, ceiling height and your ductwork. An oversized furnace short-cycles, runs hot and wears out sooner. An undersized one can't keep up in January.
I also check that your existing ductwork can move the air the new furnace needs. Putting a new furnace on ducts that can't handle it is one of the most common installation mistakes I see.
What you get
- An in-home assessment and proper sizing
- Clear options at different price points, explained in plain language
- Professional installation, startup and testing
- Your equipment registered with the manufacturer
- My 2-year workmanship guarantee
My guarantee and your warranty
Every system I install comes with my 2-year workmanship guarantee. If something I installed isn't right, I come back and make it right.
The manufacturer covers parts for 5 years by default, but only if nobody registers the equipment. I register every system I install, so you get the full 10-year factory parts warranty.
Repair first if it makes sense
If your current furnace can be repaired for a reasonable cost, I'll tell you. I'd rather earn your trust than sell you a furnace you don't need yet.
Areas I serve
Based in Farr West, I serve homes and businesses in Farr West, Ogden, Layton, Kaysville, Roy, Hooper, West Haven, North Ogden, Plain City, Clearfield, Syracuse, Brigham City, plus Pleasant View, Harrisville, Riverdale and Perry. Bigger jobs can take me farther across northern Utah, so call if you're outside that list.
Common questions
Do you install high-efficiency furnaces?
Yes. I install high-efficiency furnaces from major brands and help you decide whether the extra efficiency pays off in your home.
Can you replace my furnace and AC at the same time?
Yes. It's often a good time to do both since they share the indoor blower and coil. I'll quote it both ways so you can compare.
Do you hold a contractor license?
Yes. Timber Creek Services holds Utah DOPL license #13077800-5501, with B100 General Contractor and S350 HVAC (now H100) classifications.
